The company Arnold Machine Tools is a family business founded in 1993 specializing in the overhaul of metal cutting machine tools.
For more than 30 years, we and our employees have been working in the machine tool industry and can therefore draw on a wealth of experience in the areas of mechanics, electronics and geometric machining.
Whether milling, turning or grinding machine we offer precision recycling for your machine.
At the end of our overhaul there is always a machine that will effectively perceive you as a new machine, both technically and visually.
Of course, on-site repairs are also feasible and often in demand. As soon as your machine has arrived at our factory, the machine is completely disassembled, cleaned and the parts reworked, the wear and DIN parts renewed. The guideways are ground in the house with our web sander and scraped in accordance with the traditional way true to size. The wedge and cover strips, however, are coated according to the original model (DECKEL) with modern materials. The fact that the machines are stored completely new is self-evident, as is the use of only original spare parts.
So that your machine not only works like a new machine but also looks like this, the paint parts are individually sandblasted and painted in our company. Here, of course, special customer requests can be considered in the color scheme.
Finally, the complete final assembly takes place. Upon request, the attachment of a digital system and the acceptance according to the original protocol.
Our customer base covers the entire German-speaking area, with all branches being represented from the craft business to the international group.
