The machine tool factory AVIA AG in Warsaw was founded in 1902 and today is one of the most traditional Polish industrial companies. Over the past 50 years, AVIA has become one of the most successful European manufacturers of high-precision machine tools thanks to its high quality standards and perfect quality management.
In September 2003, FOP-AVIA Deutschland Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH was founded to handle the distribution and spare parts supply of the delivered machines in Germany. From our headquarters in Bochum, where the exhibition as well as our machine and spare parts warehouse are located, we look after all dealers and end customers throughout Germany. Our product range begins with conventional and CNC-controlled tool milling machines, ranging from 3-axis machining centers and highly complex 5-axis machining centers with swivel head and turntables to CNC-controlled inclined bed lathes. All types of machines use high-quality components from European manufacturers. All ballscrews and machine linings come from our own production in Warsaw.
Since the founding of the company in 1902, more than 4,000 machines have been sold in Germany, whereby even today spare parts can be delivered at short notice for a large part of the machines.
From now on we also offer you conventional lathes for repair shops and training. These machines are already well established in the market and have a high market maturity and quality.
