We strongly recommend you to start negotiating technical affairs first (if offer or quotation is reasonable to you) and make clear all vague points in technical affair and then start negotiating commercial affairs.
When you make change the technical affairs, delivery time and terms may get changed.

When supplier manufactured and tested the Brazing Machine in his own factory, they have to announce it to the customer. It would be better that customer attend in suppliers’ factory for two reasons. One: checking all requested parameters. Two: training, maintenance training. This acceptance is mostly called Pre-acceptance.
For Brazing Machines, suppliers would send their technical experts to install and run the brazing machine in customs’ factory. When the machine gets installed. The machine should work in two or three shifts to show potential defects.
